HuzenMax operates a digital marketplace platform for custom merchandise. We prohibit users from infringing third-party intellectual property rights and will promptly address any violations reported through proper channels.



Section I: Infringement Reporting Process

HuzenMax will:

  1. Remove or block access to infringing content upon receiving compliant notices
  2. Terminate repeat offenders

Required Information for Takedown Notices

To report intellectual property infringement, send a notice to our designated agent containing:

A. Work Identification

  • Description of your copyrighted work or IP
  • Registration numbers (if applicable)

B. Infringing Content Details

  • Location of infringing material on HuzenMax
  • Explanation of how it infringes your rights

C. Contact Information

  • Full name, address, phone number, email

D. Good Faith Statement

  • Declaration that use is unauthorized

E. Accuracy Declaration

  • Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate, and you're the rights holder or authorized agent

F. Signature

  • Electronic or physical signature



Section II: Response Procedures

Upon receiving valid notices, HuzenMax will:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user whose content was removed
  • Terminate repeat infringers



Section III: Counter-Notice Process

If you believe content was wrongfully removed, submit a counter-notice with:

A. Content Identification

  • Description of removed content and its former location

B. Good Faith Belief

  • Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake

C. Contact Information

  • Full name, address, phone, email

D. Jurisdiction Consent

  • Agreement to federal court jurisdiction

E. Signature

  • Electronic or physical signature

Restoration Timeline

Unless legal action is filed, HuzenMax may restore content within 10-14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.



Section IV: Legal Warning

Under DMCA Section 512(f), knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in liability for damages and attorney's fees.
