Seller Agreement
Effective Date: September 7, 2025
This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between HuzenMax.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) and the registered seller (“Seller”, “you”).
By registering as a seller on HuzenMax.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Seller Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Seller Account
- You are fully responsible for your account and all activities under it
- You must keep your login credentials secure
- HuzenMax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time
3. Product Listing & Content
Ownership Requirement:
- You may only upload and sell content that you own or have legal rights to use
Strict Prohibition:
You are strictly prohibited from selling:
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Trademarked designs, logos, or brand names
- Stolen, copied, or infringing materials
Violation will result in:
- Immediate product removal
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Possible legal action
4. Print on Demand & Dropshipping Terms
- Products may be produced and shipped by third-party suppliers
- You acknowledge that production time and delivery time may vary
- HuzenMax is not responsible for supplier delays, shipping issues, or fulfillment errors
5. Orders, Fulfillment & Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring your product listings are accurate
- You are responsible for customer communication (if applicable)
- Any issues caused by your product design or listing are your responsibility
6. Payments & Earnings
- Seller earnings will be processed according to HuzenMax payout schedule
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers
Critical Clause:
- In case of refunds, disputes, or chargebacks, earnings may be deducted
- If your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations:
All pending earnings will be forfeited and will NOT be paid
7. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds will be handled according to platform policies
- Custom Print-on-Demand products are generally non-refundable unless defective
- HuzenMax reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes
8. Prohibited Activities
- Engage in fraud, scam, or deceptive practices
- Mislead customers with false information
- Abuse the platform or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- HuzenMax retains all rights to its platform, branding, and system
- You grant HuzenMax a limited license to use your product images and content for platform operation and marketing
10. Account Suspension & Termination
HuzenMax reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
- Remove any listings
- Restrict access without prior notice
11. Limitation of Liability
HuzenMax shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or business
- Supplier or shipping issues
- Technical failures or downtime
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HuzenMax harmless from:
- Any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your products, content, or actions
13. Changes to Agreement
HuzenMax may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
