- Custom jewelry creation and all-over print (AOP) product manufacturing
- Comprehensive customer support and dispute resolution services
1.2 Platform Evolution and Enhancement
As a continuously evolving platform, HuzenMax reserves the right to introduce new features, modify existing functionalities, or discontinue certain services to enhance user experience and maintain competitive advantage. Current features represent our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) foundation, with expanded capabilities planned for future releases.
1.3 Service Availability and Performance Standards
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Services are provided on an "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party service dependencies may occasionally affect availability. We commit to providing reasonable advance notice of planned disruptions whenever possible.
Article II: User Qualification and Account Governance
2.1 Eligibility Requirements and Age Verification
To establish and maintain an account with HuzenMax, you must:

System and Security Violations:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to HuzenMax systems, databases, or user accounts
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or other destructive code
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services
- Engaging in any form of automated data collection or scraping activities
Commercial and Legal Violations:
- Participating in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading business practices

Article IV: Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing Framework

HuzenMax maintains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to:
- The HuzenMax trademark, service marks, and brand identifiers
- Platform source code, algorithms, and proprietary technologies

- All improvements, modifications, and derivative works thereof
4.2 Trademark and Brand Usage Restrictions
Without our express written authorization, you may not:
- Use HuzenMax trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner
- Create derivative works based on our intellectual property
- Register domain names incorporating HuzenMax marks
- Engage in activities that may cause consumer confusion regarding brand affiliation
4.3 User-Generated Content Licensing Agreement
By uploading, posting, or submitting content through our Platform, you grant HuzenMax a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content
- Create derivative works based on your submissions
- Display and perform your content across all media formats
- Incorporate your content into our Services and promotional materials
This license is granted solely to enable HuzenMax to provide Services under this Agreement and does not transfer ownership of your original content.
Article V: Financial Terms and Revenue Distribution
5.1 Comprehensive Payout Structure
HuzenMax operates a sophisticated profit-sharing model designed to ensure fair compensation while maintaining platform sustainability:
Standard Payout Timeline:
- Store profits become eligible for withdrawal seven (7) days after an order enters the production phase
- This waiting period ensures transaction verification and fraud prevention
- All payouts are subject to successful order completion and customer satisfaction requirements
New Merchant Probationary Period:
- First-time merchants face a twenty-one (21) day waiting period after their initial successful order
- This extended timeline allows for comprehensive account verification and risk assessment
- Established merchants with proven track records may request expedited processing through their dedicated account representative
5.2 Payout Processing and Payment Methods
Payment Schedule Options:
- Standard Processing: Net 30 payment policy ensures customer satisfaction and return window completion
- Express Processing: Available for qualified merchants with established performance histories
- Payout requests may be submitted up to four (4) times per calendar month
- Processing timeframe: Three (3) to seven (7) business days upon request approval
Available Payment Methods:
- Direct bank transfers (ACH/Wire)
- Digital wallet services (where legally permitted)
- Check payments (upon special request)
5.3 Payout Adjustment and Withholding Provisions
HuzenMax reserves the right to adjust, reduce, or withhold profit distributions under the following circumstances:

- Customer disputes, chargebacks, or return processing

10.2 Comprehensive Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HuzenMax's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- One hundred dollars ($100.00) USD, or
- The total amounts paid by you to HuzenMax during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim
